1. Ordering & Production 🛍️

All items are made to order exclusively for you. This helps reduce waste and keeps our store more environmentally conscious. Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after. Because of this, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have entered the production stage. In some cases, products may ship from different facilities, meaning your items may arrive in separate packages. If an item becomes unavailable during production, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Customs 🚚

Shipping times vary by region and are shown on our shipping info and product pages. These times do not include production time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, local holidays, or unforeseen events. Once your order has shipped, delivery progress is handled by our trusted courier partners. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned; reshipping fees may apply in these cases.

3. Returns & Exchanges 🔄

We want you to love your fit! We accept returns for refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or laundry scents will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, final sale items and intimate wear are non-returnable.
  • Process: You must contact info@chibichibi.shop to receive approval before sending your items back. Packages sent without prior approval may not be processed.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages 📦

If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will help trace it with the courier. If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement where possible. If your package is stolen after delivery, please contact your local courier to file a report. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, reshipping fees will apply to send the item again.

5. Pricing, Payments & Billing 💳

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Product prices may change without notice. Payment is required at checkout and is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards 🎀

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Store credits and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
