We keep things cute and friendly, but these policies also help protect both you and us. π
1. Ordering & Production ποΈ
- All items are made to order exclusively for you. This helps reduce waste and keeps our store more environmentally conscious.
- Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after. Because of this, we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund orders that have already entered production.
- In some cases, products may ship from different facilities, meaning your items may arrive in separate packages.
- If an item becomes unavailable during production, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund.
2. Shipping, Delivery & Customs π
- Shipping times vary by region and are shown on our shipping info and product pages. These times do not include production time.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, local holidays, or unforeseen events.
- Once your order has shipped, delivery progress is handled by our trusted courier partners. Weβll always assist where we can, but delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our direct control.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
- If your order is marked as βdeliveredβ but you havenβt received it, please contact your local courier first, then notify us so we can assist.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. If the courier returns a parcel to us, reshipping fees may apply.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues π
Because our items are custom-made:
We accept returns ONLY if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item arrives defective.
- The item received is not the item ordered (incorrect design or variant).
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Sizing issues.
- Buyerβs regret / change of mind.
- Incorrect choices (colour, style, variant).
- Late deliveries caused by carriers or customs.
- Refusing to pay customs fees.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
- A replacement item.
- Store credit.
- A partial or full refund.
Important: We do not accept returns for worn, used, washed, or altered items.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages π¦
- If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will help trace it with the courier.
- If the courier confirms that a parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement where possible.
- If your package is stolen after delivery, please contact your local courier and file a report. We can assist, but cannot guarantee replacements for confirmed stolen parcels.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to collect, or refusal to pay customs fees, reshipping fees will apply if you would like it sent again.
5. Pricing, Payments & Billing π³
- Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Product prices may change without notice due to supplier updates, currency changes, or material costs.
- Payment is required at checkout and is processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct and authorised.
6. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards π
- Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Store credits and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional items may be final sale, depending on the campaign.

- All content on ChibiChibi.shop β including designs, artwork, text, logos, graphics, and photos β is the exclusive property of ChibiChibi.
- You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or third-party service providers, although we will always do our best to assist.

- Orders linked to fraudulent behaviour may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
