We're cute, but we take quality seriously too.
All ChibiChibi pieces are made to order just for you, which means we can’t accept returns for things like size issues or change of heart. (Sorry babe — choose wisely.)
But if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not it, we’ve got you covered ✨
🔄 What we DO accept:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that are misprinted
- Wrong item sent (oops)
📸 Send us clear photos of the problem within 7 days of delivery

We’ll sort it out fast — either a free replacement or a refund.
🚫 What we DON’T accept:
- "I ordered the wrong size"
- "I changed my mind"
- Items returned without contacting us first
- General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
- Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
