If you aren’t 100% obsessed with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

The Details:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus original shipping fees) back to your original payment method.

🩵 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, we’ll make it right immediately at no cost to you.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund—pinky promise. ✨

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, laundry scents, or makeup stains.
  • Final sale items or intimate wear.
  • Packages sent back to us without prior email approval.
