We're cute, but we take quality seriously too — and we always want you to love what you receive. Because all ChibiChibi pieces are made-to-order just for you, our return policies work a little differently than fast-fashion stores.

🔄 What We Accept (Eligible for Replacement or Refund)

We happily accept returns only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong colour, wrong design)

To process your claim:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue (item + packaging).
  4. Add a short description of what went wrong.

Once approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A free replacement
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

🚫 What We Don’t Accept (Non-Returnable Items)

Because everything is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Choosing the wrong colour or style
  • Late deliveries caused by carriers or customs
  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling
  • Damage from repairs, alterations, or adjustments made by a third party

Since all products are made on demand, we can’t restock or resell them. Thank you for understanding 🫶

Because returns for incorrect sizing aren’t allowed, please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for comfort.
