All ChibiChibi items are made to order — your pieces are crafted with love after you hit “checkout.” 💖 So while you won’t get them overnight, they’re worth the wait! 💅
🧵 Processing Time
- 2–5 business days to create your items.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- During busy seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take a little longer.
- Production starts shortly after you place your order, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is in progress.
🚚 Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Orders ship from the closest available fulfillment center for faster delivery. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately if produced in different facilities.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- USA: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- European Union: 5–15 business days
- International (other regions): 7–20 business days
These are estimates only and can vary depending on location, local postal services, customs, and time of year.

Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import charges depending on your country’s regulations.
- These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refusing to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed — we cannot refund or replace the order in these cases.

If your address is in a restricted region and an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation and refund where possible.
📬 Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you don’t see it:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Make sure your email address on the order is correct.
- Contact us at info@chibichibi.shop and we’ll resend your tracking details.
📦 Lost in Transit
If your package tracking shows no movement or it becomes officially lost, we’ll work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to try and send you a free replacement.
To qualify:
- Tracking must show the package never arrived.
- Claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Email us with your order number and tracking link so we can investigate.
🚨 Delivered but Missing / Wrong Address / Returned
We cannot offer automatic free replacements if:
- Tracking shows “Delivered,” but the package is missing (address issues, building access, neighbors, or local postal handling).
- The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
- The parcel was unclaimed, refused, or returned.
We’ll still offer advice, but replacements may be at your cost. Double-check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers and entry instructions. 🫶
