- Processing time: 2β5 business days to create your items.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- During busy seasons (for example, Black Friday or holidays), processing may take a little longer.
- Production usually starts shortly after you place your order, so changes and cancellations may not be possible once an order is in progress.
π Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Once your order is made, it ships from the closest available fulfilment centre to you for faster delivery.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately if they are produced in different facilities.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

β’ International (other regions): 3β21 business days (country dependent)

Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import charges depending on your countryβs regulations.
- These fees are not included in our prices and are the customerβs responsibility.
- Refusing to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed by customs. In these cases, we cannot refund or replace the order.

Due to carrier restrictions and international regulations, we are currently unable to ship to:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Cuba
- Ecuador
- Ukraine
If your address is in a restricted region and an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation and refund where possible.

- If you donβt see it, please:

π¦ Lost in Transit
Sometimes the universe throws a little chaos into the mail system β but donβt worry, weβve got your back π
If your orderβs tracking shows no movement or it becomes officially lost in transit, weβll work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to try and send you a free replacement.
To qualify:
- Tracking must show that the package never arrived.
- The claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Please email us with your order number and tracking link so we can investigate.
π¨ Delivered but Missing / Wrong Address / Returned to Sender
We cannot offer automatic free replacements in these situations:
- Tracking shows βDeliveredβ, but the package is missing (this is usually related to the address, building access, neighbours, or local postal handling).
- The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
- The package was unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender.
In these cases, weβll still do our best to help with advice and next steps, but replacements or reshipments may come at your own cost.
