Every ChibiChibi piece is made to order, babe ๐Ÿ’… So your order has two stages:

  • Processing time: 2โ€“5 business days
  • Shipping time:
    • ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ South Africa: 5โ€“10 business days
    • ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ USA / UK / EU: 3โ€“6 business days
    • ๐ŸŒ International: 3โ€“21 business days (location dependent)

Delays can happen because Mercury is always in retrograde โœจ

Youโ€™ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If you donโ€™t see it:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
  • Contact us and weโ€™ll resend it

Only if it hasnโ€™t gone into production yet.

Email us ASAP and if we catch it in time, weโ€™ll do our best to help. Once production starts, cancellations and changes usually arenโ€™t possible because your item is already being made just for you.

Donโ€™t panic. Take clear photos and email us within 7 days of delivery.

โ™ฒ Do you accept returns for wrong size or change of mind?

Yes, babe! We want you to love your ChibiChibi fit. If itโ€™s not a perfect match, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. ๐Ÿ’–

The Tea:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll hook you up with a refund or store credit (minus original shipping fees).

Note: Final sale items and intimate wear (if applicable) are still non-returnable for hygiene reasons!

Most items come in sizes XSโ€“2XL (some may go up to 3XL depending on the product).

Yes! We only produce an item once itโ€™s purchased. This means:

  • Less waste
  • Fresh, newly-made pieces
  • No dusty overstock

Items may ship separately if theyโ€™re produced in different facilities.

First, try:

  • Checking with neighbours, reception, or building security
  • Waiting 24 hours (couriers sometimes scan early)
  • Contacting your local courier with your tracking number

If itโ€™s still missing, email us and weโ€™ll help investigate. Please note that replacements for โ€œdelivered but missingโ€ orders are not always covered, as this is usually an address or local delivery issue.


โ— What if my order is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no movement or the package is officially marked as lost, weโ€™ll help arrange a replacement where possible.

Email us with your order number and tracking link so we can look into it.

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:
