๐ How long does shipping take?
Every ChibiChibi piece is made to order, babe ๐ So your order has two stages:
- Processing time: 2โ5 business days

- ๐บ๐ธ๐ฌ๐ง๐ช๐บ USA / UK / EU: 3โ6 business days
- ๐ International: 3โ21 business days (location dependent)
Delays can happen because Mercury is always in retrograde โจ
๐ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to baddies everywhere on Earth. ๐
(Some regions are restricted due to carrier regulations โ see our Shipping Policy for details.)
๐ฆ How do I track my order?
Youโll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
If you donโt see it:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
- Contact us and weโll resend it
๐ณ Can I cancel or change my order?
Only if it hasnโt gone into production yet.
Email us ASAP and if we catch it in time, weโll do our best to help. Once production starts, cancellations and changes usually arenโt possible because your item is already being made just for you.
๐ฉต What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Donโt panic. Take clear photos and email us within 7 days of delivery.

โฒ Do you accept returns for wrong size or change of mind?
Yes, babe! We want you to love your ChibiChibi fit. If itโs not a perfect match, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. ๐
The Tea:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, weโll hook you up with a refund or store credit (minus original shipping fees).
Note: Final sale items and intimate wear (if applicable) are still non-returnable for hygiene reasons!
๐ What sizes do you offer?
Most items come in sizes XSโ2XL (some may go up to 3XL depending on the product).

๐งต Are items made to order?
Yes! We only produce an item once itโs purchased. This means:
- Less waste
- Fresh, newly-made pieces
- No dusty overstock
- More sustainable cuteness โจ
๐ก๏ธ Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Items may ship separately if theyโre produced in different facilities.
Donโt panic โ the rest of your goodies are on their way ๐
โ๏ธ My tracking says โDeliveredโ but I didnโt get it. What now?
First, try:
- Checking with neighbours, reception, or building security
- Waiting 24 hours (couriers sometimes scan early)
- Contacting your local courier with your tracking number
If itโs still missing, email us and weโll help investigate. Please note that replacements for โdelivered but missingโ orders are not always covered, as this is usually an address or local delivery issue.
โ What if my order is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement or the package is officially marked as lost, weโll help arrange a replacement where possible.
Email us with your order number and tracking link so we can look into it.

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:
- The package may be delayed, returned, or disposed of by the carrier.
- Replacements or reshipments may require an additional fee.
